We have worked purposefully to ensure that iServe is a company that loan originators and branch managers can join to build something extraordinary. Through our “no closed doors” philosophy, loan originators and managers can have open communication with everyone involved in the transaction process. During my time at iServe, I've been afforded the freedom to evolve. In a stressful industry that can at times become repetitive and tedious, we need to have the ability to explore, to learn, and to grow. If I felt like a cog in the corporate wheel, I wouldn't have stayed at the same company for nine years. During my time at iServe, I have moved from a branch manager to divisional manager, to a regional VP. In these positions I’ve managed consumer direct and retails sales teams. I’ve been involved in loan operations, establishing processes and procedures, implementing technology, and gained extensive knowledge in digital marketing, lead funnels, and CRM systems. These are all valuable skills I can now use to help Loan Officers and Managers build their businesses and provide them the opportunity to evolve.
