Have been with iServe since 2009. We have all the programs you need, our pricing is always competitive, but what sets us apart from the competition is our open communication and “can-do” attitude. We look for ways to close each loan quickly and hassle-free. I was the first Regional hired. iServe was a new, up and coming company. What influenced my decision to join was my belief in the ability to grow with iServe and to be a part of its planning and vision. Today, although a much larger company, there are the same motivational factors for new recruits . . . the fact that team members at every level and position will listen to the input of each employee. No loan, no challenge, no vision or idea is too small to be addressed. I believed in 2009 that such a philosophy would allow me to grow in all areas and to increase my earning potential. The interviews I had at the outset defined that mindset and that philosophy was key to my joining the team, and remains a prevalent theme. In addition, every aspect of our accountabilities has significance and is appreciated by the management and support teams. Productive, supportive and hassle-free growth is the vision here and there seem to be no limits. We take the interests of the originators and borrowers to heart. They want fast, hassle-free fundings, and the tools necessary to support and increase their market share – and that is what we offer.
I have been with iServe for nearly 5 years now. What amazes me on a daily basis is the “Can do” attitude from the processing department all the way through the funding department. Operations is all about getting our loans closed, and working together through every hurdle. I’ve been in this industry for nearly 2 decades now, and have been privileged to work with some great companies, but this company is like no other. iServe strives to close “On time every time”, and this is what drives every decision from every department. I don’t see myself retiring from any other industry, and if this is true I have to work within a company the “Gets it”. iServe isn’t a company that just gets it. They are innovating the process to insure my teams success, and getting it done!
