Doug Wilson is a Director, Co-CEO, and Co-founder of iServe. Doug received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Arizona State University. He then went on to become a CPA & Consultant with “Big 4” accounting firm, Deloitte Touche, in the Emerging Business Services Division. Doug was also a SVP/CFO in Homebuilding, Land Development, Syndications, and a Mortgage Loan Originator with an independent mortgage broker. He has been partner and member of two mortgage companies and was a wholesale representative for high CLTV lenders.
Doug enjoys working with some of the most talented team members in the entire mortgage banking industry. He says that witnessing the professional growth of our associates who then achieve a high standard of performance which translates to a high level of customer service and success are some of his most rewarding moments.
