He has extensive knowledge in building an efficient, high-volume, quality operations platform. Mike is experienced in all aspects of running a successful organization — from operations and underwriting, to secondary marketing and sales. His results-oriented approach has a proven track record for consistently exceeding metrics on quality, production, and profitability. Mike also has extensive experience in agency, FHA, VA, and USDA loan products.
Mike is passionate about the iServe family, and loves getting to work with some of the best and brightest individuals in in the mortgage industry. Mike is a teacher and mentor, and he thoroughly enjoys seeing a range of individuals decide to make the mortgage business their career.
