The family philosophy with iServe is one of the biggest reasons I have stayed for so long. I’m very lucky to be doing what I love to do, and I’m given an opportunity to do it each day. Being around the positive energy at iServe allows me to think bigger and better every single day.
I enjoy working at iServe because of my co-workers and managers, I’ve never worked with a better group of people. I was hired with no prior experience in the mortgage industry and not only were my co-workers patient while I was learning, but they also made sure I had the knowledge necessary to succeed as a loan setup coordinator and now processor. Ken, Dennis, and Pam care about their employees and their wellbeing outside of the office.
I feel incredibly fortunate to work with a group of people that I not only respect, but I enjoy being around. These aren’t just co-workers, they’re friends.

I love working every day with great professional people that work together to find a way to make the goals of our clients happen above all else. The family/team environment. Working from home most of the time, I was worried that I would be left on my own, but that just hasn’t been the case. I can count on anyone from iServe to be there to help whenever I need it.
I have been blessed with the opportunity to be part of the iServe team for six months. In these few months since I joined iServe, I quickly realized how supportive management is and how quickly you are adopted into the iServe family.
